Our individual therapy services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. Our licensed therapists provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your life, and develop strategies for positive change.

We also provide evaluations for Gender Affirming Care for those considering gender transition. We align with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health Standards of Care (WPATH SOC) and the Gender Affirmative Model.

Navigating intimate relationships can be both triggering and healing. Many of our early childhood experiences with relationships can resurface in our intimate relationships as adults. I will help you and your partner(s) navigate these complex patterns as a team, in hopes of strengthening your bond, ability to problem-solve together, and develop a fulfilling relationship once again. Our approach to working with couples includes assessment of strengths and areas of improvement, an agreed upon treatment focus, and building the blocks of friendship and intimacy. Family intervention can come in many forms. Sometimes that means treating the whole family together and other times it means working primarily with one individual and the family is utilized as support. We serve both the entire family and individuals within a family system. 

We know that the family system is the foundation of later in life resilience and can be a source of strength in our everyday lives. Treatment focuses on supporting the family through various life stressors such as, developmental stages, grief, divorce, onset of illness, challenging behaviors, family discord, depression and much more.
