Our focus is to support those who are coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, healing, and becoming aware of their inner strengths through healthy attachments. We value the unique identities each individual brings to therapy and understand it is a crucial component to their wellness. This is achieved by providing a non-judgmental, affirming space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Our providers expertise include, but are not limited to, working with the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents and families, historically marginalized individuals experiencing trauma and oppression, couples looking to strengthen their relationship, and anyone 13+ coping with anxiety, depression, anger and everyday life stressors.
Many individuals who come from marginalized communities experience increased mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, due to negative environmental experiences. Finding providers competent in this area can be challenging. We plan to provide you with the care that you need, while holding the importance of your identities as a crucial component to your wellness.
Individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, anger, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events, which can overflow into our most intimate relationships. Our approach to processing trauma typically includes assessment, homework, and 1-2x per week of therapy sessions to get started on decreasing PTSD symptoms as soon as possible.
Experiencing stressors can often pause or decrease some of the positive gains we have made throughout life. Under enough stress, we find ourselves experiencing anxiety and depression in a way that we may have thought was in the past or not even possible. We understand that anxiety and depression can often look like panic, anger, irritability, low motivation, changes in sleeping or eating patterns and so much more. We will make an individualized plan with you based your symptoms and circumstances and support you in getting to a place of peace.

Currently, we only provide Telehealth sessions. These sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.
